VEC Riding Club committee would like to invite you to book your place in the upcoming October rally. We are excited to welcome Robyn Brown as our instructor.
This month is also our AGM which will be held during the lunch break. Even if you're not riding this time, please feel free to join us to get all of the latest from the new committee!
Please read ALL of the below information carefully to secure your place.
BOOKINGS:
To book your lesson, please select one or two lesson tickets. You will need to include information such as:
- Full name
- Lesson type requested (flatwork/poles/jumping) and time preference (AM/PM)
- Level and other information, for example, green horse or nervous rider
- Whether you are a VEC facility member or agistee
Remaining lesson spots will be opened to non-members on October 8.
Please note that we will do our best to cater to all time preferences, but we cannot guarantee times.
PRICES:
Prices for this rally are:
1 lesson: $45 for VEC facility members/agistees and $50 for non-members
2 lessons: $70 for VEC facility members/agistees and $75 for non-members
Lunch will be $5 to be deposited into the club account with your lesson payment.
PAYMENT:
Payment is to be made to the VEC riding club bank account within 48 hours of your booking to secure your lesson. If you have not made payment by that time, your place may be forfeited to any riders on the waiting list.

CANCELLATION POLICY
VEC riding club has a strict cancellation policy – if you cancel within 48 hours of the rally, no refunds will be made without a doctor’s/vet certificate.
