November Twilight Rally with Red Curtis

VEC Riding Club committee would like to invite you to book your place in the upcoming November Twilight rally. We are excited to welcome Red Curtis as our instructor. The focus will be dressage and the German training scale!

Places are limited so get in quick to avoid disappointment!

Please note, your HRCAV membership must be renewed for the new financial year, including full payment to ride in this rally.

To secure your lesson, please read ALL of the below information carefully.

BOOKINGS:

When you book your lesson ticket, you will need to include information such as:

• Full name
• Contact details
• Lesson Choice
  • 5pm - Level 4/5
  • 6pm - Level 1/2/3
  • 7pm - Level 3/4/5
• Any other information you want to share, e.g. green horse or nervous rider
• Whether you are a VEC Riding Club member, or from another club

Lessons will be open to members and non-members from other HRCAV clubs.

PRICES

If you are a member of VEC Riding Club, prices for this rally are $50.

If you are a member from another HRCAV club, the price for this rally is $55.

PAYMENT:

Payment is to be made into the VEC Riding Club bank account within 48 hours of your booking to secure your lesson. If you have not made payment by that time, your place may be forfeited to any riders on the waiting list.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The VEC Riding Club has a strict cancellation policy – if you cancel within 48 hours of the rally, no refunds will be made without a doctors or vet certificate. Please note that an administration fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.

CHILDMINDING

Unfortunately, no child-minding services will be available as advertised by the previous committee due to insurance.
