February 2020 Rally

VEC Riding Club committee would like to invite you to book your place in the upcoming February rally. We are excited to welcome Kim Dyer as our instructor. Both flat and jumping lessons are available.

Kim will also be conducting a liberty demonstration during lunch. Fence sitters are welcome!

Please read ALL of the below information carefully to secure your place.

BOOKINGS:

To book your lesson, please select one or two lesson tickets. You will need to include information such as:

- Full name

- Contact Details

- Lesson type requested (flatwork/poles/jumping) and time preference (AM/PM)

- Horse/Rider level and other information, for example, green horse or nervous rider

Please note that we will do our best to cater to all time preferences, but we cannot guarantee times.

PRICES:
Prices for VEC Riding Club members are:
1 lesson: $50
2 lessons: $80

For HRCAV members from other clubs, prices are:

1 lesson: $55

2 lessons: $90

Lunch is $5 to be paid with your lesson fees.

PAYMENT:

Payment is to be made to the VEC riding club bank account within 48 hours of your booking to secure your lesson. If you have not made payment by that time, your place may be forfeited to any riders on the waiting list.

CANCELLATION POLICY
VEC riding club has a strict cancellation policy – if you cancel within 48 hours of the rally, no refunds will be made without a doctor’s/vet certificate.
