June Rally with Sam Jeffree at Tooradin

For our June rally, we are excited to be heading to Tooradin Estate with Sam Jeffree. Both flat and jumping lessons are available, and the chance to do some cross-country training if weather and footing permits.

 

HRCAV has set out a set of regulations so rallies can be run during restrictions. So, please read all of the information below carefully.

 

COMPLIANCE WITH RESTRICTIONS EFFECTIVE FROM JUNE 1 2020:

• This rally will have a maximum of 20 lesson spots.
• Only ONE parent/helper permitted per rider
• Physical distancing of 1.5m must be maintained.
• There will be no food or drink available, so please bring your own
• No other facilities except the toilet may be used.
• All attendees must sign in and sign out with their name and mobile number.
• If you are feeling unwell at all, you must not attend.
• We strongly encourage attendees to download and have the COVIDsafe app active on their phones

 

If any attendee does not comply with these restrictions, they will be asked to leave the rally immediately.

 

BOOKINGS:

To book your lesson, please select one or two lesson tickets. You will need to include information such as:

- Full name

- Contact Details

- Lesson type requested (Flat/Poles/XC) and time preference (AM/PM)

- Horse/Rider level and other information, for example, green horse or nervous rider

 

There are two types of jumping lessons available this rally:

• Jumping/Poles will be held in the arena only with show jumps.
• Jumping/Cross Country will be held on the XC course if conditions are safe, otherwise it will be held in the arena.

Please note that we will do our best to cater to all time preferences, but we cannot guarantee times.

 

PRICES:
Prices for VEC Riding Club members are:
1 lesson: $50
2 lessons: $80

 

For HRCAV members from other clubs, prices are:

1 lesson: $55

2 lessons: $90

 

PAYMENT:

Payment is to be made to the VEC riding club bank account within 48 hours of your booking to secure your lesson. If you have not made payment by that time, your place may be forfeited to any riders on the waiting list.
